Our foundation 6 Week Online Program, Return to Fit, has helped hundreds of mums return to exercise safely and progressively. Our program will cut through the confusion around post natal exercise and give you the exact steps to get you started, and for you to feel stronger and more confident in what your body is capable of.

Return to Fit is the post natal exercise program will bridge the gap between you having your baby and your regular exercise regime, by helping you:
- Establish the foundation upon which to build your exercise goals – whether you want to run around after your toddlers or run your first marathon
- Activate and strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles
- Heal your tummy separation
- Stop those embarrassing leaks
- Future proof your body to avoid complications and even injuries, down the track.
ACTIVE MUMS PROGRAM
Active Mums is an entry level 6 Week Program and was created for the mums ready to take their exercise up a notch, the right way.
This Program was created as the recommended follow on exercise guide from our foundation Return to Fit Program* and requires a fair level of fitness, plus some (recommended) prior pelvic floor strengthening and rehab work.
